Carla Crempien Robles
I am a Chilean psychologist from Universidad de Chile. I have worked mostly as a clinical psychologist, both in institutional and private practice, integrating systemic and psychodynamic approaches. I have experience working with women victims of domestic violence, and history of childhood sexual abuse. I entered the International Doctoral Programme on Psychotherapy Research on March 2007, motivated with the possibility of integrating clinical experience with research.
My research interests are related to trauma, especially due to relational experiences, and the consequences of these experiences on structural functioning, as their possibility of reparation and reestablishment. My proposal is to use the Operationalized Psychodynamic Diagnosis System (OPD-2) to explore relationships between domestic violence experiences and the different OPD-2 axis.
